Professionally, she brings more than 17 years of executive leadership, business administration, hospital management, finance, and organizational development experience — leading multi-million-dollar operations and building high-performing teams. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in compassion, integrity, and helping others become the very best version of themselves.

Beyond The Introspection Lab, Rosalinda founded Rosie's Sunflowers Foundation and The Introspection Lab Initiative — because she firmly believes that opportunity should never depend upon a family's income.

Dr. Sara Harrington is dedicated to helping teenagers discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and believe in a future greater than their circumstances. As an educator and leader, she has spent her life creating environments where students and staff thrive and potential becomes purpose.

With more than 24 years in education, Dr. Harrington has taught elementary and middle grades, served as an assistant principal, and supported teachers and staff in their professional growth — always leading with purpose, compassion, and a student-first mindset.

Dr. Harrington is committed to building lasting relationships, honest conversations, and a coaching experience that empowers teenagers to develop confidence, resilience, and clarity for their future. As a proud mom of two pre-teen girls, she understands the journey of adolescence both personally and professionally.

Her career reflects success as an educator within inner-city San Antonio public schools, with an extensive background developing and implementing programs for diverse populations — an effective communicator with the ability to lead, reach consensus, establish goals, and attain results.

Dr. Jorge Cruz has dedicated his life to helping young people overcome obstacles, discover their strengths, and believe in a future greater than their circumstances. Growing up on the south side of El Paso in a hardworking single-parent household, he learned firsthand that where you begin does not determine where you can go.

As Chief Experience Officer and Senior Coach, Dr. Cruz is committed to creating an experience where every teen and every family feels seen, supported, encouraged, and inspired. He believes lasting growth happens through meaningful relationships, honest conversations, and a coach who walks beside you rather than in front of you.

For more than 23 years, Lucero (Lucy) Stockett has dedicated her life to helping people discover their potential. As an Air Force veteran, educator, coach, and mentor, she's led teams around the world, advised senior leaders, coached championship athletes, and developed future leaders — but her greatest passion has always been investing in young people.

As Chief Impact Officer and Chief Coach, she creates a space where teens feel heard, valued, challenged, and encouraged. She believes the best coaching doesn't tell teenagers who they should become — it helps them discover who they already are and gives them the confidence to build the future they want.

With more than 23 years of leadership experience through the U.S. Army and the nonprofit workforce development sector, Oscar has dedicated his career to helping people discover opportunity, purpose, and a path forward. His leadership is grounded in service, integrity, and the belief that every individual deserves to be seen, heard, and encouraged.

As Chief Relationships Officer and Senior Coach, Oscar is passionate about building authentic relationships with teens and their families. He understands that before a young person can discover what they want to do, they first need someone who believes in who they are.

For more than 25 years, Chris has dedicated his life to serving others through leadership, mentorship, and coaching. As a retired U.S. Army Major, educator, and lifelong leader, he has guided individuals and teams through some of life's most challenging moments — helping people develop resilience, confidence, character, and purpose.

As Chief Partnerships Officer and Senior Coach, Chris builds meaningful relationships with schools, businesses, community leaders, and families while personally coaching teens. He believes young people don't need someone to tell them who they should become — they need someone who asks the right questions, listens without judgment, and helps them discover the leader already within themselves.
