The Introspection Lab Initiative is the nonprofit arm of our organization, created to ensure that financial hardship never prevents a teenager from discovering who they are and the future they're meant to build.
Through scholarships, community partnerships, and donor support, the Initiative expands access to our Igniting Your Compass™ program for families who might not otherwise be able to take part. No teen is turned away because of circumstance — we're here to open doors.
